Kaelen is a queer costume designer based out of Halifax / Kjipuktuk, working in film and theatre.​

Kaelen brings a calm, collaborative approach to every production she works on. Her work prioritizes specificity and texture.

 

Whether she is designing costumes for high fantasy, grounded realism, or anything in-between, Kaelen is invested in realizing the individual world of each project.

She also works as a crew member and assistant designer, and is available to work as a local in Nova Scotia.
